Glen
and Wendy Rickard
Glen is a Trustee and Teasurer of E.W.F.
Glen Rickard is married to Wendy and they
have been married for over 30 years. They have two children, Matt, who is 28 and Steph, aged
24, is currently studying to be a teacher.
Glen was one of the original founder members of Billinge Family Church, which was established
over thirty years ago and is currently an associate pastor. As you would expect, Glen and Wendy are extremely active members of Billinge Family Church. Over many years Wendy has been involved with children's work and Glen has a preaching and teaching ministry. Over recent years Glen and Wendy have run many successful Alpha Courses and they currently run a home group, particularly geared to new members of the Church and new Christians.
Glen came "on board" with the East-West team in 2001, following the death of Dr Dennis Boxall and has now visited the Ukraine and Hungary several times.
When they get time to relax Glen and Wendy have a keen love of bird watching (Glen always packs his binoculars on trips to the Ukraine!) and Glen has also been known to "swing a golf club"
- his current handicap is now 12.
